Saturday's game between Oregon State and Portland State came down to the wire. With just over a minute on the clock, PSU sent out a freshman kicker to try and tie up the game. He had 49 yards to the goal posts and this young man, whose name wasn't even on some of the PSU rosters, gave it his all. He made the distance but the kick went a little wide and Oregon State ended up with the win. But those of you who have been around Trojan football for the last coupe of years might have recognized his style.
In the fall of 2015 Graycen Kennedy agreed to split his time between Wilson's soccer and football programs. He quickly made himself known for his calm head and his long kicks. He finished out his football career at Wilson earning first team All-Conference as a kicker. It was good to see him back on the field again. Congrats Graycen on such an exciting PSU Debut. We'll be rooting for you!
