Coaches Report

First an update on John Henry Scott. He is not back at school or practice yet, but is home and recovered from the scare against RHS.

After a tight first quarter against Franklin HS at their beautiful new facility our 24 man roster began to wear down and the score got away from us. The players battled hard and there were some bright spots has players continued to improve their understanding at their positions and got more reps at new positions they were shifted to due to injury. On a bright side the Wilson Youth Football teams went undefeated Saturday!

This week we face perhaps the best team on our schedule and in the league in Grant HS. We will continue to work on understanding process and how the work you put in during practice is revealed on game night. The game will also be our chance to recognize our 7 seniors and pay homage to those who have survived, are fighting, or have been impacted by breast cancer. While this will be our only game wearing pink, please do not let this be the only time you fight for whatever cause moves you to make our world better tomorrow.
