Wilson Athletics will continue Dawn Patrol Workouts, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, Wilson Weight Room, 7-7:45am
Objective: To provide Wilson athletes (all) an opportunity to get to learn how to develop and maintain good functional core strength.
Tuesday and Thursday workouts will focus on using an athlete's own body weight (not barbell-focused) to make gains. In addition we will be teaching the proper techniques for one core lift (squats, cleans, etc.) per week.
Wednesdays we will be focusing on developing speed, agility and quickness. They will get a good workout in!

When: Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:00-7:45am,
Where: Wilson Weight Room
These workouts are open to all Wilson athletes willing to better themselves.
