In order to best get our student-athletes at workouts together over the summer we wanted to survey what time period would work best. Workouts will always be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our expectation is always that student-athletes attending lifting unless they are out of town or have another sport commitment.
Benefits of AM lifting:
students have rest of their day to work/hangout
gets them out of bed on school like schedule all summer
it was our original plan, so some families have planned around it already
Benefits of PM lifting:
all coaches are available to work with players
same times all summer for workouts, practices, and 7on7
