We had a great week of strength & conditioning. We averaged more than 30 student-athletes per day and they worked hard. We played well in 7on7 against Lincoln too. We also had a guest coaches - Esbensen and Olsen - join us on Thursday for speed training.
Next week we will begin "testing" our student-athletes as we wind down he summer program. Next week's daily schedule is below.
