Off Season Workouts

Hello Football families and players,

This is a reminder that there is an off-season workout option. Players are meeting in the weight room on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 - 4:30pm for strength development. On Tuesday and Thursday, they will meet in Coach Esbensen's room for speed development, also 3:30 - 4:30pm. This is a great way to stay in shape during the off season!
